REI.com

At leading outdoor retailer REI, I have had the opportunity to help enhance the user's shopping experience by being the designer tasked with designing the main storefront page, which changes as sales, campaigns, and specials are highlighted. Utilizing company initiatives, as well as direct user feedback, I also create feature landing pages, banners, email campaigns, general site updates and adapt corporate branding to all that I do. I also had the opportunity to participate in the complete site redesign in 2008.

Microsoft Hardware

While working at a local consultancy, I was the dedicated designer tasked with working on various redesigns, site updates, flash demos, landing pages, email and online banner campaigns for Microsoft Hardware. I became the trusted design liaison between the agency I worked for, and the internal team at Microsoft, and handled client communication, presentations, and deliverables.

Leslie Patricelli

For several years, I have designed and maintained the Flash-based website of renowned children's book illustrator Leslie Patricelli.

Death Cab For Cutie

Indie-rock band Death Cab for Cutie acquired my services for a complete site redesign that coincided with the release of one of their albums. I also was responsible for ongoing site updates, which included photo galleries, tour dates, and the development of a self-service tour and news area that can be updated by the band.

CWB Wakeboards

In 2002 and 2003 I redesigned CWB Wakeboard and Connelly Waterskis website. These sites highlighted new product lines, pro-team bios, photography, and product specifications.

PhotoWorks

I helped PhotoWorks develop a full holiday campaign which included website and e-mail concepts and designs. I also worked with a photographer to art direct a photo shoot for images to be used in the campaign.

NCompass

In my capacity as a freelancer, I worked with design-build construction company NCompass to design their full line of marketing collateral, including designing and developing a website, brochures, print ads, and other marketing materials highlighting their projects for potential clients.

DiMarco Architecture + Design

I created a brand identity and logo for a small Seattle architectural firm. After working with the client to perfect the identity, I applied it to business cards, letterhead, store signage, and mailing materials. The logo was featured in the book Logo Design That Works (Rockport Publishers).

Sakson & Taylor

Seattle-based Sakson & Taylor (now Aquent) hired me to completely redesign their website which had an audience of professionals seeking employment, as well as local businesses looking for quality resources. In addition to the designing the website, and working with in-house developers to build it dynamically, I also designed and produced print marketing collateral.

Miscellaneous Poster Design

Because of my passion for music and art, one of my favorite types of projects is working with artists and musicians to design posters for marketing, tours, or individual shows. I have worked with several clients to design and produce silkscreened posters which have also been displayed nationally and sold to fans at shows.

Jimmy Tamborello

I designed and developed a website for musician Jimmy Tamborello. A simple "Sharpie" hand-drawn approach was developed with production tools, allowing the artist to independently update news items, photos, and MP3s for downloading and for the site's music player.

Zeitgeist Artist Management

In addition to working on a variety of projects for Zeitgeist Artist Management's clients, I also designed and developed their own agency website, which highlights their musicians.
